Most Anticipated Books of 2014

  1. Dreams of Gods and Monsters by Laini Taylor I adored the first two in this series and I cannot wait to read this one!
  2. Ophelia and the Marvelous Boy by Karen Foxlee – Unfortunately Santa did not bring me this pressie, however I have already pre-ordered this and cannot wait till it’s out!
  3. The Blood of Olympus by Rick Riordan – The House of Hades blew me away, this series is amazing and gets better with every book, very excited for the final book in the series
  4. Cress by Marissa Meyer – LOVED LOVED LOVED Scarlett, I need Cress in my life NOW! Hurry up February.
  5. Lair of Dreams by Libba Bray – I am hankering to get back to 1920’s New York City!
  6. Flights and Chimes and Mysterious Times by Emma Trevayne – The title, the cover and the fact that Emma is one of the Cabinet Curators (who are a group of authors who write creepy stories) is what is selling me this one. Also the synopsis. The synopsis is magical.

Also I NEED to add in these two but they don’t have covers yet!

  1. Winterspell by Claire Legrand – Loved her previous books, this is a re-telling of the Nutcracker. AHH. Cannot wait till next October for this!!
  2. Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo – If you’ve read Siege and Storm you will get this. If you haven’t go read it – it is amazing!!
