Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Its basically a list of top tens and this week is the top ten autumn books that you cannot wait to read!
- The Casual Vacancy by J.K Rowling – I am so excited for Rowlings first post Potter book and her first adult novel. Its described as ‘blackly comic’ by its publisher, which is right up my street!
- The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan – The Son of Neptune ended on a massive cliffhanger, which makes me want The Mark of Athena even more! Percy and Annabeth reunited! The Roman and Greek camps together again! I can’t wait.
- The Girl Who Fell Beneath Fairyland And Led the Revels There by Catherynne. M Valente – The first fairyland book is hands down my favourite book that I have read this year and the second book sounds just as magical as the first.
- Eve and Adam by Katherine Applegate – I love a good dystopian but the sypnosis of Eve and Adam sounds so interesting – will definitley be picking this up!
- Alice in Zombieland by Gena Showalter – I absolutely loved Alice in Wonderland when I read it earlier this year so I am excited to read Alice with a zombiefied twist!
- Whats Left Of Me by Kat Zhang – Another dystopian novel that looks so cool! Two souls in one body is such a great idea and I can’t wait to get my hands on this.
- Unspoken by Sarah Rees Brennan – I was drawn to this book by the cover – its absolutely beautiful. But the premise sounds so intriguing and mysterious!
- My Super Sweet Sixteenth Century by Rachel Harris – Not normally something I would be interested in and I don’t know why but something grabs me about this book!
- The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater – I’ve never read any of Maggie’s books before but The Raven Boys sounds so interesting!
- Cursed by Jennifer L. Armentrout – A girl who’s every touch kills something, and a boy who can quote Oscar Wilde and promises to help her control her death touch! Wow, sounds amazing.
So that is my top ten tuesday this week. I hope your all having a lovely week so far and reading tonnes of good books!
